bevelling & edging shaping semiautomatic machines

The machine executes shaped glasses’ beveling and edging without using a template.
The grinding head is mounted on an articulated arm, whose movements are accurate and smooth by means of special bearings.
The grinding head is driven by a motor with inverter and the operating speed (from 0 to 4.200 rpm) is easily adjusted with a potentiometer.
A fast wheel’s adjusting system enables the operator to customize up to 12 wheel’s setting.
Both rotating plate and suction cup to work little pieces are driven by a motor with inverter.

Suction cup for small parts driven by a reduction gear backlash and an inverter. Tank with geared motor and pump to use cerium oxide for polishing by felt.
