Automatic machine for the application of butyl on the spacer frames of isulating glass with doauble sealing.
The machine is loaded with 7 kg butyl cakes.
Butyl is applied positioning the aluminium frame on a conveyor belt.
An optics fiber detects the presence of aluminium and starts a working cycle synchronized by a PLC with a touch screen panel which integrates all the main functions of the machine. All the mechanisms are moved by pneumatic cylinders.
Heating is controlled by a manual or programmed start and divided into two independently regulated units, checked by electronic thermoregulators.
Thanks to the simple graphic layout of the control panel all the setting operations of the machine are very simple and fast.
It’s possible to realize butyl applications on panels having inner decorations ( Georgian frames ) excluding the two blocking wheels.
Maintenance operations are very easy.
The butyl extruder B851 is loaded with 1 Kg butyl cakes that are sufficient to apply the product on about one hundred side profiles (1.000 x 1.000 mm – 40 x 40 inches).
The butyl can be automatically applied on both sides of a preassemble frame profile of any thickness.
The fast and functional butyl loading system enables to realize larger insulation glass productions.
The peculiarities of the B851 are the nozzles manual opening system up to 30 mm and the mobile nozzle locking system, that is able to avoid all the bothersome losses of product during the process.
The extruder is controlled by a digital thermoregulatory and has got 220V resistances that enables to reach the working temperature in about 30 minutes.
The machine has an auxiliary roller driven by a photocell that holds the profile on the conveyor belt.
Butyl extruder B851 can optionally be equipped with 4 independent wheels that allow it to move.
